Protecting mental wellbeing at work in your organisations - with Healthy Families Invercargill

In-depth workshop to help you lead and support mental wellbeing at work

The Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum and Healthy Families Invercargill are delighted to invite you to one of two in-depth workshops to support you to make sense of your role in leading and supporting mental health and wellbeing at work, and help you to understand how you can design good work to protect the mental wellbeing of your people while at work.

Two workshops; 10 Feb (1-5pm); 11 Feb (9am-1pm)

Led by Dr Hillary Bennett, author of the Forum’s world-leading CEO Guide to Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work and Protecting Mental Wellbeing at Work Guide, and Healthy Families Invercargill, this will enable you to understand how a successful mental health and wellbeing at work strategy should aim to protect workers from harm and include activities to foster, support and reclaim people’s wellbeing at work.

We’ll also take some time to support your facilitation training capability to enable you to then take the process in the Protecting Mental Wellbeing at Work Guide and have confidence in delivering it within your organisation.

There are two options for the workshop with a limit of 25 people at each session – please only select one workshop to attend.

Covid protocols will be advised to all attendees by 26 January 2022. Many thanks to PowerNet for hosting these workshops.

Morning/afternoon tea will be provided. Please advise us at info@forum.org.nz by 1 February of any dietary requirements.
