Protecting mental wellbeing - facilitation training
For those organisations who are ready to start or continuing to work in the 'Protect' space
Following on from our Mental Wellbeing by Design events earlier this year, the Forum is now ready to support organisations to start work in this space.
If your organisation has indicated it is ready to focus on Protecting mental wellbeing at work, then this 2.5 hour facilitation training workshop, led by the Guide's author Dr Hillary Bennett, aims to support you to effectively facilitate the process outlined in the Protect Guide, within your workplace.
Prerequisites - endorsement from the CEO
It will be crucial to have the support of senior leaders in the organisation to start work in the Protect space. So to get involved in this training, organisations need to commit to:
• endorsement from the CEO to run this facilitation process in the Protect Guide within your organisation within the next three - four months; and
• sharing their experiences and outcomes, anonymously if needed, so other Forum members can continue to learn from experiences.
We believe this facilitation training is a positive first step to supporting you to continue or start your work in this area, and we look forward to working with your organisation to improve mental wellbeing at work.
This workshop is for Forum members only, and applies to a maximum of four people per organisation. Each session is limited to 25 people, so register early to secure your spot.
