The Board provides oversight and assurance of Forum operations, ensures alignment to our strategic direction, approves work programmes and budgets (having received Steering Group feedback) and provides insight and guidance. They oversee the CEO and monitor performance of the Forum on behalf of all members. The Board is the ultimate decision-making body of the Forum.
