In its submission to the Minister of Workplace Relations and Safety's health and safety review, the Forum calls for seven recommendations from government, under three key areas of improvement:

  • Improve clarity for business
  • Lift regulator capacity and capability
  • Build clear and explicit commitments to improving system stewardship to ensure agency commitments are delivered on.
