Our 2025 survey is now live
March 27, 2025: We're now running our second annual CEO survey, and we'd really value your input. The 10 questions will take less than five minutes, and provide us (and you and your teams) with an update on how well Forum members are performing. We also use the first two questions to support the development of our annual State of a Thriving Nation report which is led by economist Shamubeel Eaqub. All responses are anonymous, and we will report back on them to you in May.

2024 annual CEO survey results
The Forum's annual survey results from March 2024 shows some key health and safety performance highlights and areas of focus for organisations.
- 51% had fewer serious work incidents
- 53% had a greater number of work-related mental wellbeing incidents
- 79% of organisations are involving their workers and reps in H&S conversations six or more times a year
- 75% of organisations have developed a suite of lead and lag indicators.
The Forum's annual CEO survey was run in March 2024, and 133 CEOs and their teams took part.
